You can exchange your jewellery within 8 working days from the date of purchase.
Please make sure:

•The jewellery is in the same condition as when you bought it.

•You have the original bill/invoice with you.

We won’t be able to process any exchange without the original invoice.

You can also cancel your order from your side—only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. If you cancel a ready-to-ship order in time, we’ll process your refund through the original payment method within 10 working days.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in certain situations. This may happen due to limited product availability, pricing or product details errors, or other unforeseen issues. In some cases, we may request additional information from you before confirming the order. If your order is cancelled (fully or partially), we’ll inform you promptly.
