•The jewellery is in the same condition as when you bought it.

•You have the original bill/invoice with you.

We won’t be able to process any exchange without the original invoice.

You can also cancel your order from your side—only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. If you cancel a ready-to-ship order in time, we’ll process your refund through the original payment method within 10 working days.
